Pros

Hybrid work schedule is a plus.

Cons

Unorganized, expectations can change daily, leadership operated in groups based upon who kissed up to them. Department brand recognition throughout the company was nonexistent.

Pros

Good PTO, stock issue, benefits.

Cons

There are so many levels of managers and you don't have much say in anything. Very corporate and can be laid off at any time for organizational restructuring. Everyone held to different standards depending on when you started working there.
