Nothing to share it good company

Everything else - they do not care about their employees, though they go to great lengths to convince you they do. There is no support for overworked staff, the work from home policy is a joke (we're a telecommunications company, we market our services to other companies as a remote work solution, though when it comes to T-Mobile employees we are "better together"), and management actively gaslights their employees. Toxic environment and I can't wait to be finished.
