Pros

It was great the first 5 years. Felt like a family away from home. People you can trust and confided in. It was mediocre during the pandemic and merger. I assumed it would get better It didn't.

Cons

After the merger leading into January 2022, the company decided that all of its employees, although currently in mass working from home must be vaccinated. Or terminated. Not much of a choice for such an inclusive diverse company. Speaking to our SLT got me no where. My pastor and I are submitting accommodations. Praying it works out.

Toxic & Stressful. Stay Away.

Pros

Robust benefits package and discount on wireless service.

Cons

- Extreme burnout and little-to-no respect for boundaries. People will still email you even on vacation. - Leaders forcing employees back into the office even though COVID (Delta) is on the rise, and other tech companies have all postponed their returns. - Lack of advancement opportunities. Promotions are political. - Frequent re-orgs that just create more chaos. - Leaders who are indecisive, rude, avoid addressing employee concerns, and will put down others to make them look better. Being yelled at/belittled is not uncommon here. - Occasionally, you can expect to be rewarded with cheap magenta swag as a way to be "recognized" for all your hard work.

Pros

Ever diminishing benefits, though they still have some decent benefits If you are good at branding yourself and networking but not so great at your job then you will get promoted quickly. If you can sell and do not care about the customer you will get lots of commissions Mental health care (you may need this if the job gives you PTSD)

Cons

Customers upset at misquoted deals and promos Customers upset at having to call back over and over due to non resolution of issues Harassment form management (both low and mid level) Constant chase for CRT regardless of call resolution, plus the need to add in multiple sales pitches on each call, and weekly/daily sales quotas. They push for unpaid work on lunches and breaks. If you do extra work then credit will be assigned to someone else for the work. Toxic work culture, favoritism Very anti-union do not be seen talking to the people trying to start up a union for T-Mobile this will results in less then pleasant results for you. The outsourcing companies have a habit of making undocumented promises
