      Not my favorite job, but not the worst either

      The co-workers on my team were good

      Cons

      Mismanagement, underpaid for the hours required, our entire team was working 12-15 hours a day and weekends. Everyone is feeling burned out. Not replacing employees when they leave - so that burden is just shifted to us still here, with no increase in pay or title. Management not listening to us when goals cannot be met due to not having enough people, and then blaming us for not meeting those original goals, when we had half the staff we started with. I'm just so tired.

      Good benefit package (health, PTO, 401k, company swag, training resources, Employee resource groups).

      Cons

      Poor leadership, lack of accountability for poor work environments, not forthcoming with details that impact your job (good at bait & switch tactics), not much flexibility with remote/telecommuter work
