      Decent pay and benefits Highly discounted cell service

      Cons

      Culture is false built on smoke and mirrors. The leadership pretends they are there to support their employees but it doesn't happen in practice. While they are laying off thousands, they are touting how they are one of the best employers.

      With the company for 15+ years. I've been through the average, the really bad, the bad, the good, the really good...and the good mostly outweighs the bad. Great benefits, reduce cell phone services by 75%, casual dress company, ton of opportunity for growth

      Cons

      Recent org changes across the entire company have left little to be desired. quite a few layoffs happening recently in many areas of the business. Company seems to have lost it's way as to what we are all about...
