Cons

Management and leadership. Those who are liked or shown favoritism regardless of how incompetent they may be. No room for growth. Pushing to sell outdated or unnecessary products. Lack of training Tedious process customer care does not seem to be aligned with in store policies. Decreasing commission and labor cuts. 50 steps for every transaction. Promotions becoming harder to break down. Management does not seem to be on the same page with each other. Less praise tons of negativity. Could keep going. No commission on device activations Wearing pink or black shoes. Training Hold management accountable

Pros

Nice benefits and pay, amazing teams

Cons

The worst systems I’ve ever worked with in my entire life, retail support line is trash, no real advancement opportunities. The systems alone are the reason why I decided to leave.
