Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits are great. Decent medical/dental/vision, 401k, stock and stock purchase plans. Pay is decent if when you come in. Yearly increases based on merit and company performance. Great people on front lines. The diversity/inclusivity seems to be still great there.
Cons
There is no more work/life balance. It became a 40+ work week constantly. This is why I took another position in a different company. Teams are short staffed in a very flux environment. Way more security than in the past, but also makes work more difficult because of it. Position growth is very limited to if someone else leaves (Or you know the right person). Only 40 hours can be rolled over in PTO. No exceptions on remote work.
