Pros

Generous PTO, competitive pay, benefts galore! Great team and incentive programs for top performers. Superior training and all the tools to help you succeed are available.

Cons

Always "ON CALL" as managment, time consuming, feels like you have to sign your soul to the Devil! Never been more stressed in my life! The corporate and upper management are always changing things just for the sake of change, and usually for the worst. Constantly raising quotas, even in down markets!!!

Pros

They do an excellent job of training, coaching, and compensating their best employees for the work they do. They provide a comfortable work environment, many small perks, and lots of incentives for those with the right talents and willingness to work.

Cons

This job (Customer Service Representative) is NOT for everyone! It requires the ability to multitask at a very high level. The expectations are set amazingly high, and many people either leave due to the pressure, or, like me, are unable to meet the lofty goals set for them. If you can talk to your friend on the phone while playing a video game and using an IM client, you might have the skills needed.
