Pros

T-Mobile is always continuously striving to be one of the best places to work in America. Various divisions work near each other and are located in the same building which helps to bridge collaboration and team work. T-Mobile offers to its employees a game room which has a digital TV, Wii game console, pool table and table tennis for taking breaks and relaxation. The company also allows for telecommuting and working remotely encouraging a work/life balance. And, throw in benefits which includes mobile service with the latest cell phones and on a 3G network, it's one of the few places to work in America which can't be beat.

Cons

Staffing may need to be increase to handle the ongoing projects and operations

Pros

Tried to get into retail services , and t mobile offered me a great opportunity to start . AT the beginning it was hard , because i didnt have any experience on sales ; although the diverse plans and phones that tmobile offers make it easy to sales. After the first couple of months i felt like home with them . their customer services and support is excellent. The pay is good too, they start me with a base hourly plus commission however i heard they are try to change and give an increase on the commission of the sale . This could come in a great time where thing are getting tie every day . Overall i rate my experience through t mobile as a great one . best company that i worked with

Cons

facing complain from custumers but , at the end everything works out fine

Pros

Usually a polite, laid back environment where it is very easy to provide a high level of customer service. Great training and creat communication between stores. The customers areusually very receptive and even when there is a problem with their phone, plan, etc., they don't typically take it out on the rep.

Cons

Drama surrounding mid-level management; whenever they show up at the store, they always bring the drama with them. Quotas can be hard to hit some months. I kind of feel bad for the store managers because they take a lot of the heat that has been passed down to them. Mid level management never wants to take responsibility for any shortcomings in their territories.
