      Values and results driven culture, outstanding people, high level of work ethic expectations, camaraderie and challenging work environment.

      Cons

      Resource constrained, volume of work to employee ratio,challenges with management delegation due to lack of resources, lack of sufficient growth opportunities at times and not sufficient time spent on planning.

      Fun, laid-back atmosphere with a lot of changes!

      Pros

      fun atmosphere, easy to sell, managers are always there to help, sales goals are beyond achievable, everything is changing right now - no contracts, full price devices, iphone 5 ... we are going to get a lot more customers which means more $$$ - the company keeps it real with it's customers and overall makes it easier for the sales associates to have the opportunity for a lot of sales!

      Cons

      took away the phone discounts for employees, raise freeze right now, lowest paying out of all the cellular providers, takes a while to move up in the company
