Pros

The people here are wonderful and really care. They are all about relationships and building teams and really care about supporting employees. Work/Life balance is great but that seems to be changing post COVID.

Cons

After the merger with Sprint everything went downhill. The HR department is a disaster without vision or support and the leadership is clueless. The values of the company are not enforced and there is a lack of empathy from our CEO. Legacy T-Mobile employees are treated terrible and there is favoritism for Sprint employees in HR.

Pros

Customer Driven, Culture & Values, Encourages Work-Life balance, Great teamwork type atmosphere, decent benefit package

Cons

Lower pay range, there are a number of "perks" that I would give up for more base pay, sometimes it seems that some groups would rather hire more FTE's at a problem than push the ones they do have, to work a little harder.
