Pros

Good place to work and collaborate with great minds

Cons

Too many teams involvement only results in chaos. But the company was trying to address this issue.

Pros

There are 2 sides to T-Mobile. The old school "Waterfall" side and the new school "Agile" side. It really depends on what team you land on, but look for a more Agile team. As someone who has worked on both sides, the newer Agile teams are much more engaging and creative. - Inclusive generative culture - Wonderful people (old school teams have this as well) - Lots of opportunity to learn

Cons

- Complex inter-dependant bureaucratic chaos - Lots of Domain-specific language and jargon - Too much reliance on contracts - Ill-defined project purposes - Difficult to navigate. Functionality is difficult to discover - Too much division between Contractors and Full time employees
