      Pros

      Fast moving, good pay, benefits and time off. Good exposure to new technologies in software department. Company is not afraid to experiment.

      Cons

      There is no way to measure vendor performance. Vendors are not accountable for anything that is built by them. Laid back attitude of vendors.

      Good benefits, casual environment, good pay, lower managers are usually good

      Cons

      If you're not careful, they will mold your skills to meet their needs and trap you in a jack of all trades role. Training is sparse and very hard to justify... no trade shows or conferences. As is true with most large companies, the politics get nastier the high you go.

      A lot of diversity and you see good management. We have small teams and not distributed all over us making it easy to work with. Great projects to support the new Direction of the company.

      Cons

      Company going through a lot of changes from the direction to strategy which impacts a lot of what we do from a day to day basis.
