      Employee phone line discount is 75% (you pay 25%) For salaried employees, the estimated annual bonus is 15% of your base salary

      Cons

      Mandatory RTO with badge in counting. CEO isn't a leader, and he's making changes to the company that are detrimental to the customers and employees.

      Did not looked out for employees during buyout. Not enough information shared about the new company to make good decision on whether to take severance or move to new company.

      Great workspace facilities, constantly being improved Great pay and benefits Residual work team from Sprint had a lot of talent and close-knit camaraderie

      Cons

      Software development at T-Mobile was about four years behind where Sprint was, pre-merger. T-Mobile depended excessively on contractors and third party consulting to do its development, so they couldn't keep their apps current and functional within the rapidly changing tech industy. Too much groupthink in the decision-making processes. Too much reliance on confirmation biased echo chambers, which leads to skirting around real problems with questionable decision-making. More of a marketing company, not as much a software development/engineering environment.
