I’ve been with Tech Grid Asia for more than 2 years, and it’s been an incredible experience. The company has a strong, collaborative culture where everyone genuinely helps one another. Whether you’re a new hire or a seasoned employee, there’s always someone ready to support you and share their knowledge.
What stands out the most is how the leadership team genuinely cares about our growth. They are invested in helping each of us succeed and develop in our careers, which has been incredibly motivating.
The work environment is fun and dynamic—we definitely have a ‘work hard, play hard’ culture here. We put in the effort to meet our goals, but we also know how to have fun and enjoy each other’s company.
I’m excited to continue growing at Tech Grid and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, engaging, and collaborative workplace.

One of the cons would be no fixed WFH arrangement at the moment, however the management team is understanding to grant if there’s really an important reason to.
