      Only pro was colleagues that I worked with

      Fast paced environment- this was fine however I felt that team leaders did not appreciate your hard work whilst working only criticised your mistakes We was paid bonus for our work however management was very quick to also peanlise you if you made a mistake Management treat you like children you get told off for going to the toilet without letting someone know! Very low pay when I worked here I felt very distressed working for TLS definitely ruined my mental health when I was there A lot of favouritism was in place for certain colleagues they were treated better than everyone else

This year we will also focus on management training programs that will help our managers grow to be the best leaders they can be.       Pros

      Very much multicultural fast paced environment . You learn a lot everyday it is a great way to meet a lot of people . Work peers are friendly , great facilities in canteens. Great location . Excellent exposure to some government laws of different countries. Salary is not too bad too.

      Cons

      The amount of favours I’ve seen because someone is a manager or friends with someone they’d rather go with that. They sweep negative comments about what they’re doing wrong under the carpet . HR do not care about employees only those they’re close too. A lot of indirect bullying childish behaviours of leaders and supervisors . When you make reports nothing is done about it because they all know about it. Very unprofessional standards of management absolutely appalling . A lot of people are unhappy there but refuse to say anything because nothing gets solved. A lot of people leave hence the reason they’re always hiring. You get treated like you’re in a school not as a adult. A lot of hypocritical behaviour too. So whoever applied to the London branch becareful enjoy but be cautious of this behaviour they have it is very off putting after a while.
