I couldn't see anything positive.

Extremely unprofessional HR recruitment process in Beijing. I had two interviews. Information provided was contradictory. An interviewer showed up 10 minutes too late. Questions asked were not or only answered partially. The job offer I received was poor and lacking of relevant information. Further inquiries made were ignored. The salary was significant below market rate. HR was not even willing to discuss negotiate the salary. However, it was good to learn how (potential) employees are treated by TLScontact. It's up to everyones personal decision whether such an corporate culture is acceptable. For me it is not to the place to be.

Management who do not care about their people, who don t lead, who don t communicate,, ) who works with favoritism..; I left 1 star rating because I couldn t send the review...it should be 0
