a profitable industry, one of the top 3 players around world.

Cons

very much chaotic, people fight against each other, making friends are much more important than doing the job. people have no sense of office ethic, skipping LM reporting, cross team engagement skipping procedure, blame others attempting to cover their own failures. due to the nature of the business, it was heavily impacted by pandemic the last 2 years, many employees were fired or paid severely reduced salary.
