Pros

International environment, great colleagues, good working atmosphere, possibility to advance, good company benefits.

Cons

Management focusing on the wrong things. Company's motto is "A people's company", but they are not standing behind it. Very big pay grade difference between managers and their subordinates. Even though they have a good practice of evaluating employees annually, they don't follow through their promises and career path. Company practice is also to give you as much as tasks possible, even though they are not part of your job. If you show that you are capable of completing various different tasks, be careful :)

Good salary comparing to another companies in the same market opportunity to meet and deal with Vip's people like Diplomats famous actors and singers and sport players the privilege if you want to apply for the visas they serve the embassy treat you if you are from their staff and in most cases they issue it for you the working condition is good , good experience if you want to be qualified to work in a consulate or embassy working in place like tlscontact will be good experience in your profile

Cons

The opportunity of growth is not big The sudden terminations from the upper managment big stress specially in peak season when they have high volume in the number of applicants you may start work at 7:30 and return home at 9:00 pm
