-they treated you like a number instead of a human and they allow customer that their contractors get angry (Most people fav cell phone)to leave surveys that have nothing to do with the individual but the company as a whole

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We understand that you may have been informed to be promoted after training, however, we have certain procedures and criteria to consider first. This is our way of determining whether an employee is qualified for a promotion. Please visit your local HR office to know more about our policy for promotions. Thank you.
Worked for applecare support. Lack of tools, expecially when having to act as a translator and not being able to see what's going on between a tier 2 tech support and a customer. No training on app support.
