Pros

They have decent pay, you can often get the shift you want. Once trained the job is pretty good and they truly make an effort to help customers, which allows agents to have great interactions with whomever is calling.

Cons

Very strict with absences and tardys. Not a lot of opportunity for advancing unless you befriend the right people. Tedious and no way to pass time on slow days.

Tell you that you are hired right away.

Cons

When you get to orientation, tell you its a mistake. No call to warn you.

Decent place to start

Pros

Pays well for an entry level job you get get right after high school. Very relaxed dress code. Paid classroom training before you start on the call floor.

Cons

Depending on the project you are on, the stress level varies, but some are very fast paced and stressful.
