They treat adults like school children giving them a point for every day you call off and if you hit 6 you're fired. Asked to have my time adjusted twice now and they have denied it. The first one was their fault because the time clock wouldn't work. I've asked for ADA to be strictly outbound with text and email support and keep getting ignored. They have you do these reviews in training before you get to actually experience the job in order to make sure they only get good reviews.
