      The management team is very good and responsive to our concerns. Despite the high level of competition between employees, everyone is still supportive.

      Pros

      They have great employee benefits, policies, job security, a great work place and associates. I really enjoy all the activities that they conduct in office.

      Cons

      The appraisal process and hikes are on the lower side.
