Pros
Gaining experience with Microsoft products, customer service, and in the meantime you can start looking for a real job, since here you will suffer so much with the worst management ever seen in an IT company.
Cons
Working at this company is an awful and traumatic experience. Management is extremely very poor and when you start working it looks more like a huge funeral/concentration camp than a workplace. However you can get some experience and look for a better job. 99% of the people working here do this. They have a big ''NOW HIRING" sign hanging at the main entrance.
