      Good people and professional, specially middle management.

      Cons

      Upper management lacking of experience and context at the time they need to take decisions and ownership. Poor Global support.

      Teleperformance is good place to work. Decent compensation, good leave policy, good learning options and internal growth opportunities.

      Transparent promotion policy with no politics.
