      You WILL learn a lot about the job and yourself maybe

      Cons

      You’ll also lose part (if not all) of yourself. This is outsourced cheap labour for huge corporations that don’t want to see their profits go to good salaries

      Lots of benefits, additional help with documentation, settling in a new country, quarterly sales bonuses, monthly KPI bonuses, remote working option, discounts at many shops, edenred bonuses etc

      Not so many options to increase salary or very limited increases
