      Pros

      - colleagues are open to non-locals (work culture-wise) - continuously try to improve existing processes - employee and customer engagement - currently, good and improved health care insurance even for rank & file - based on my experience, taking annual leave was not an issue as long as it has been properly scheduled. - open to WFH for some scenarios - good work timings and quite flexible

      Cons

      - for the LOB/program i am assigned to has no career growth (it may not be applicable to all) - limited skill upgrade opportunities compared to other companies - no annual increase or profit share (a couple of years ago some have but others dont)
