      We have a lot of learning programs which help us develop our skills and develop us as people managers. Workwise there is no major pressure.

      1) work culture in the organization is very good 2) HR is very helpful. 3) Trainers are very good. 4) Fixed Saturday and Sunday off. 5) Good growth opportunities
