      It’s a place where you can meet a lot of people from different backgrounds and create meaningful bonds. You can also strengthen your professional skills.

      Cons

      The schedule can be a bit overwhelming since it can be changed depending on the company’s needs and it can interfere with your personal schedule/goals.
