      Growth at the expense of the staff

      Great products, interesting customers - some of the big names in the industry, friendly colleagues, internationality, opportunity to learn a lot, central office location

      Salary is below avarage, zero benefits except free coffee, messy management decisions, high workload+overtime, chaos, stress and poor communication, high fluctuation, some of the best people leaving

      great staff, friendly people, good location, nice offices, when the heating works

      Cons

      no matter what the organization is, which they change monthly, the same 5-10 original employees will do whatever they want, with their extension of allies in middle/lower management. Literally zero benefits, internationally uncompetitive.

      A really nice place to work as an IT. Cool and nice people and colleagues. Good salary, home office, and few other benefits. Salary progression.

      A bit chaotic sometimes when it comes to management.
