      The pay, time off and working from home are the only good things about Tableau Dublin.

      Training is simply not good enough Poor job design / Task variation Lack of transparency Toxic atmosphere, mainly due to arrogant and dysfunctional management Freezing offices with aircon running during winter

      Focus on culture and people is commendable, with good benefits and perks. Technology is up to date and opportunities abound.

      Cons

      The corporate culture myth -- used to disqualify candidates that could diversify and strengthen the company. Terribly low salaries and stock options while founders get $200 Million each?
