      - Culture, culture, culture! - Great work/life balance - Bright and driven people. And they are nice, too. - Flexible time - Middle management: I've had two managers so far; both are very easy to deal with, both had no problems when I needed extra time to deal with issues at home - Best health insurance I've had - RSU awards - 401k contribution is average - 3%

      None so far. Oh, well, if I must - vacation could be 4 weeks, not 3 :)
