      Excellent benefits, diverse culture, promotes a work life balance. Great stock incentives, raises and opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      Salary is very low and and because of this there are a lot of young college graduates with no professional experience.

      Pros

      The team is amazing - extremely collaborative and supportive. The work is challenging but a way that is developmental, not debilitating. I have great support from my manager and director and have a clear idea on how to grow my career at Tableau and in the world of Business Intelligence. The investment in my continued education and learning is also unparalleled by what I've had at past companies.

      Cons

      While there is good structure around the on-boarding process, Product Consulting is a team that requires a lot autonomous work. You need to be someone who is a self starter and wants to go down rabbit holes in regards to your self-edification. For some that join the team, this can be a bit overwhelming.

      Pros

      Briliant and great people to work with. Tableau is the fastest software company in the world and therefore gives you many carreer opportunities. You can shine in this company and express yourself. This is by far the best company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      You probably can make a bit more money by working somewhere else with the same job role and same experience. This is the only con about Tableau.
