      Pros

      Smart people, good culture, flexible schedule. I enjoy working with people and have a lot of fun building product here

      Cons

      Tableau is undergoing some transition for business model so I won't be surprise if we have some slow down but I believe it will overcome that and continue to grow

      Good vibes in the culture. Positive attitude. Amazing Product!!!! Health Insurance is good.

      Cons

      Very less salary!! Hard to get hikes and promotions! Slowly introducing work pressure with less pay! Do not consider cost of living of the city. Salaries need to be adjusted as per how the market is, A Tableau Developer/ Admin that works outside of Tableau makes 2 times more of a Tableau Employee!

      Pros

      I get to work on what I like, write my own tasks and work at my own pace. Generally people have been very helpful whenever I have any questions. Not a cut throat environment.

      Cons

      Growing pains is visible, unable to scale. Training docs go outdated so fast.
