      Infectious energy. Great product. Fantastic backstory. Customers love the software. Great benefits. Big, fast growth.

      The internal good ole boy network takes themselves a tad too seriously.

      Pros

      Some how they manage to keep hiring great people Great work atmosphere Wonderful perks There are many resources for doing your job and building skills. I love it.

      Cons

      Can't think of any. Seriously. I guess no place is perfect. Seattle as a city is getting crowded and costly, it would be nice to have the options to be in a city in the Northwest that isn't as expensive as Seattle.

      Pros

      I have worked at this company in a Sales capacity for over 4 years and can confidently say that it is a great company to work for. Great culture and great people.

      Cons

      It is a growing company so there will always be pains but Tableau has been able to handle them well. The base pay could be greater but if you perform you will be making above average for the industry.
