Pros
Great leadership and mission. Hiring tends to be a pain but gets you good peers.
Cons
Salesforce purchase has brought a bit of a clowny culture that I don't love but it's better than not trying to be positive at all. A for effort, B- for execution. Layoffs we're a blow to morale, the CEO is tripping over his tongue a lot, though I appreciate his attempts to connect and be authentic. He just doesn't know how bad he needs to be filtered or edited to save a lot of angst in the ranks.
