Tableau provides a lot of benefits to the employees. First of all there is the fact that the company is growing and so can you as an employee . Furthermore the benefits and salary are highly competitive and better then within the competition. Food, a positive team atmosphere are just some points to mention. Overall the structure is pretty flexible and the communication open plus sharing is carying is real! The overall company strategy is very clear and alligns with the market needs.

Great mission, humble smart people. Plenty of opportunities for personal growth and improving how things work. I feel lucky and proud to be part of the journey

Cons

It’s a growing company- you’ve got to be ok with change and ambiguity. IMHO though, that’s a great problem to have.
