      Pros

      Co workers are really helpful. Very flexible to employee requirements and the ability to work from home.

      Cons

      At times you're not sure where you are. Some managers are either too hands on or not enough. But they are available whenever you need if you do. Staff retention seems to be a problem

      Pros

      Opportunities to work with very smart and talented people. Our stage of growth translates into getting to learn and work on new things constantly. No day is the same. The culture / benefits / free food / work-life balance are all tough to beat and I feel that the company actually cares about its employees.

      Cons

      While the equity piece of compensation is great, base comp could be better.
