      Poor management, company could be so much better!

      Pros

      Free food, great location, beautiful office. Colleagues were helpful and nice, atmosphere was ok.

      Cons

      No flexibility on schedule for people who commute, immature managers lacking experience and people skills, micromanaging was the norm. HR should be more involved in people's problems and come up with viable solutions and make sure managers are equipped with proper tools to manage teams.

      Pros

      Great Benefits. Lots of food around the office.

      Cons

      Nobody in the office actually uses the software...which says a lot about the product. It would be nice to see a more diverse management team and maybe a willingness to hire more experienced applicants. They do a lot of "interviews for show" so management can say they saw a range of candidates and then hire their friends.
