      Pros

      Great coworkers, offices and health benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is very low, even if you have been at the company for many years. They like to say it's "competive" which is a joke. Would have left way earlier if it weren't for loving my coworkers.

      Pros

      Never a boring day, lots of work to do and just enough pressure to keep you on your toes. People are nice in general. Decent health insurance.

      Cons

      20%-30% below market salary. Anemic stock price that affects pay package negatively. Struggling to scale effectively. Dysfunction everywhere. Rampant favoritism. Ineffective management at all levels. We are all waiting for the shoe to drop with the new CEO from Amazon. Changes are coming as he will no doubt want to mix things up and do things his way. How will he change the culture? Who will he bring with him to right the ship? The anticipation has everyone on edge. There are rumors flying around that he may facilitate an acquisition by Amazon, similar to what Stephen Elon did with Nokia, selling itself to Microsoft. With a depressed stock price, Tableau is pretty cheap to Amazon and it will definitely boost their current data visualization offering.
