      Productive and positive culture. Products are fun to work with and teach to other people. Roles are not limited. You have the freedom to jump to projects on which you want to work

      Cons

      The company is working out some of the growing pains of becoming an international company. These will be solved but more needs to be done to ensure teams split across countries remain connected.
