      Friendly and helpful coworkers. Coworkers are the main driving point for this company and those you work closely with are more than willing to help you succeed.

      Cons

      Transparency from management and upwards. There are never clear information in regards to the direction of Tech support and any response from management and upwards is usually evasive followed up with them justifying their decision rather than showing a clear understanding of employee concerns.
