Pros
Tableau Hyderabad is a new team and currently they are hiring. They care a lot for their employees and their well being. Ample opportunities are presented to employees to learn, implement and grow. Organization has an open work environment and leaders are approachable. Food coupons , gifts and awards are given very frequently. Team meetings are fun to join and micro management does not happen. KPI's are clearly defined and informed which makes day to day tasks easy. No favoritism and bias of any kind is prevalent. One of the best places to work. I am very happy about my decision to join Tableau.
