      A Gartner leader who've paved the way for the Modern BI revolution we're now experiencing, and a driving force in the ubiquity of analytics in business. Market opportunity in front of us is massive, and those who are along for this ride stand to benefit greatly in their careers.

      Cons

      With any rapid growth company, you're bound to experience challenges in communication or other growing pains. In an environment of constant change, little things can get overlooked and can cause some discomfort.

      Incredible employee culture, organization supportive of employees, lots of flexibility and support to help employees follow diverse career paths, incredible customer base and product, really awesome hearing that the product you build/sell/teach makes a difference. Solid benefits, healthy office culture, great office locations if you are in one. Really positive place to work. Incredible dedication to work/life balance and personal development. Great C-suite these days.

      Cons

      The company is still adjusting to standard HR practices around career paths and compensation. It's rarely a major issue, but things do take some time. Young or inexperienced managers run a few departments, compounding any issues that might arise regarding professional development and career paths. That's about it...
