      Still great place to work even after the Salesforce acquisition

      Pros

      Fantastic co-workers & bosses, competitive pay, solid benefits. The place to be if you are a spreadsheet or data viz junkie like me have a life outside of work.

      Cons

      Trying so hard to remain a small company, just within the big company, but as more and more of the Salesforce operating model creeps in, the old shine wears off.

      Pros

      There are more good apples than bad apples at Tableau. The work is both challenging and rewarding. The product is a game changer. Tableau values embody a positive work ethic and they do influence the culture in a positive way. Awesome hiring stock options.

      Cons

      Not enough 401(k) matching, optional (for now) HDHP is just OK--it could be better funded to reduce costs to employees.
