One or two Managers make it a show of themselves. Abusive talk by one manager and was let go after managers kept talking behind my back for ages on my case. Sad to see noone actually approaches you on the thing got get things sorted. Left a great job for them. Never saw these actions within management in other companies before. Job opportunities have dried up. attempts at making employees feel heard has stopped. upper management disengaged from employees. Most everyone feels stuck in tech support. CEO is good at dancing around questions.
