      Pros

      They have strong corporate values that they work hard to live - at all levels. The work is appropriately challenging, with reasonable support provided by management. It's a great place to make friends or feel part of a community.

      Cons

      Prioritization and tradeoffs need to continue to be closely managed in order to not overwhelm the teams delivering.

      Lots of good, some bad, some worrying trends.

      Pros

      - The product is awesome. There is nothing like it. - People are straightforward and generally agreeable. People say what they mean. - No culture of incompetent "lifers" like at other major software vendors. People know their stuff. - The work is challenging.

      Cons

      - Tableau hires young, ambitious workers and underpays them. - There is little in the way of training or career development. - Low morale is pervasive in some groups. - Constant fires, insane amounts of context switching, lots of moving targets to hit. - The fabled "Tableau culture" is quickly becoming a thing of the past. It was very real when I first joined.

      -The people at the company are generally very nice -The facilities are very good -The company is trying very hard manage the growth spike -generous with stock

      Cons

      -Wages are not competitive -Stock has proven volatile -Culture has all but gone out the window -Leadership is disengaged from employees -Little career development
