Car, salary, ability to run your own territory, great co-workers. People you meet out in the field make your job worth getting up in the morning,

Cons

micromanaging managers, very high pressure for a job a trained monkey could do, few drugs in the pipeline, lots of gossip, upper management says they are "transparent" but they aren't, no job security, if you are not in the "click" you will not get anywhere.
