Some of the best drugs are going off patent.

Good when I was there, but culture has dramatically changed for the worse.

Good work life balance. Benefits were in line with some of the top companies. Training was good, including on-going training.

Cons

Pipeline is sketchy. The company no longer seems concerned with their employees' morale. Lazy employees are kept around while hard-working employees get cut.

Work environment is very respectful. People are considered to be an important asset to the company. Great science, Great Leaders.

Cons

Becoming a big company. Lots of "systems". Commute in Cambridge, MA can sometimes be a pain in you live in the burbs but parking available.
