Pros

Work/Life balance, benefits, innovative product line.

Cons

Executive lack of leadership Goal setting Your performance strictly dependent on your territory and not your contribution or lack thereof. Middle management filled with "affirmative action" promotions, not the "best individual" for the job. Constantly asked to "reinvent the wheel" on a process in order to make positive remarks on your annual self-evaluation.

Pros

Overall, benefits are very good for field sales employees and from what I hear, even better when working in the corporate office. Depending on your field sales manager, life vs. work philosophy vs. acutals is quite good.

Cons

Limited upward mobility - a very flat organization from the field sales perspective. Also, current product mix is quite weak. Future for product launch of Aloglipton is still uncertain. Should it finally be approved, it will be the 4th DPP4i to market and must bear the legacy of recent Actos issues.

Pros

* Good Bonuses * Amazing Benefits, Compensation * Recruits good talent * Fun parties * Admirable Mission * If you get on the right team, this is indeed one of the best places to work * If you are someone with no ambition and likes to work as little as possible, you can get by with that here (is that a positive?) because of HR's conservative stance towards termination.

Cons

* If you get on the wrong team, this is a demoralizing place to work. * Get hired in at the position you want because promotions in some areas take a very long time. * Senior Management is disconnected from the day to day operations. * Promotions based on longevity rather than the best candidate. This is especially damaging when unqualified people are promoted to a management position. I've encountered some of the most immature, ineffective managers here. * Terrible physical space (loud, small cubes, low cube walls, sub standard computer equipment). If you are interviewing there, ask to see where you will be sitting. * People with no ambition and little desire to work can get by with that because of HR's conservative stance towards termination. This is demoralizing to those of us with high work standards.
